A new digital experience for Stakk (ASX: SKK), the Australian AI platform behind 110 billion interactions and 300 enterprise customers.

Stakk Limited (ASX: SKK) partnered with Sundeck Studio on a new digital experience serving two audiences at once: enterprise buyers in regulated industries and institutional investors

Stakk Limited (ASX: SKK) helps banks, governments, insurers and other regulated organisations work out whether an identity, a document or a transaction can be trusted before it goes through. Sundeck Studio designed and built the website it now uses to sell to enterprise customers and to talk to the market.

Stakk's (ASX: SKK) latest wins

  • Revenue growth of 1,098% in FY2026, taking standalone revenue from A$1.24 million to A$14.89 million.

  • A US$63 million (A$88.7m) cash and scrip acquisition of ParaScript, completed September 2026, more than tripling the group's revenue base and creating a global AI-native Digital Trust platform.

  • An A$27 million institutional placement, lead managed by Canaccord Genuity, approved by shareholders with 99.2% support.

  • Combined FY2026 pro forma revenue of approximately A$45.24 million, around 9.5% ahead of the A$41.3 million initially presented.

  • More than 300 enterprise customers and over 110 billion digital interactions annually across the United States, Europe, the Middle East and Australia.

  • The group has stated objectives of approximately A$55.2 million revenue and A$18.5 million EBITDA for FY2027, a 34% margin, with the substantial majority already supported by contracted customer commitments.

A company changing faster than its own website could describe it

Stakk grew revenue more than tenfold in a year, then completed an acquisition that tripled its revenue base again. What the company did, who it sold to and how it described itself all moved at once.

That's a harder brief than a redesign. The website had to hold a position that was still forming, and keep holding it as the company kept changing shape.

Two audiences who want opposite things

Most websites serve one reader. This one serves two.

An enterprise buyer in a regulated industry wants to know what the platform does, which workflows it covers and whether it will survive procurement. An institutional investor wants scale, contracted revenue, governance and the size of the market. Write for one and you lose the other.

We built investor relations into the site as a first-class part of it rather than a link in the footer, then kept the sales narrative clear of it. A buyer never has to wade through market disclosure to find the product. An investor never has to hunt. Two paths, one site, neither compromised.

Designed for scrutiny

Selling fraud prevention to banks and governments sets the bar for how a site has to feel. Being read by institutional investors sets it again.

So the design does less, deliberately. Clear structure, plain claims, nothing that reads as excitement. In this category, restraint is the credibility signal.

Built to absorb what comes next

A company growing this way will change again. The content structure was built to take an acquisition, a new customer base or a repositioning without another rebuild, because the alternative is a site that needs agency time every time the business moves.

We’re saving upwards of $6 million a year with Webflow, and we’ve reinvested those savings in other areas like website optimization and localization… that’s been really powerful.
